PINE VALLEY
Pine Valley Village was the first village to be built six years ago and consists of 47 apartments including the luxurious VIP apartment with three bedrooms, gold detailing, marble flooring, fireplace, and a massive rooftop with a bbq area, jacuzzi, shower, and the best view of the whole village and the sea, mountains and the city of Kyrenia. It has for many years been the heart of Sun Valley because of the restaurant Taro Brasserie and the other facilities such as gym, spa, tennis court, and kids' playground that were all built-in connection to Pine Valley Village. In this village, you will also find two pools and an outdoor pool bar which is run by Taro Brasserie.
SUN VALLEY
Sun Valley is a “mini city-style” project that is divided into two parts, Sun Valley Mountainside, consisting of seven completed villages, and Sun Valley Seaside with one upcoming village (under construction). The main idea of Sun Valley is that it does not matter if you live in Sun Valley Seaside or Sun Valley Mountainside, you will have full access to all facilities and pools in the whole community while living in an apartment or villa in Sun Valley.
Sun Valley Mountainside
In Sun Valley Mountainside, you will find six villages of luxurious apartments, townhouses, and villas, with a total of 7 different communal pools located next to the beautiful pine valley, overlooking both the sea and mountains. Sun Valley Mountainside is now almost 100% completed with residents enjoying a peaceful and sunny lifestyle very much in touch with nature. Only a few apartments are still left for sale.
Sun Valley Seaside
Sun Valley Seaside is an exclusive and luxurious part of Esentepe as it has its own private beach, marina, chapel, and lighthouse. Sun Valley Seaside consists of two villages that are both still under construction. Even so, Cove Village, which is the front seaside village, has already been awarded at the PropertyNC Awards 2019 award ceremony.
